No external databases exist to retain Your information. Your progress, high scores, and rhythmic unlockables are stored locally in the isolated memory of Your Device. Upon uninstallation, this local cache is permanently wiped.

Because the Application is completely disconnected from telemetry servers, absolutely zero data packets cross state, regional, or international borders.

8. Erasure Protocols

You inherently control your data. Since it only exists locally on your end, simply deleting the Application executes a complete and irreversible data purge. We require no formal request, as we hold no records to delete.

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, no Personal Data would be transferred because none is collected or stored.

Legal Subpoenas

Should federal or local law enforcement agencies demand activity logs, our legally mandated response is that no such logs exist within the framework of the Application.

Bongo Quest is engineered as an offline monolith. It is stripped of all third-party data extraction modules. This means zero inclusion of advertising frameworks (AdMob, Unity Ads), telemetry SDKs (Firebase, AppsFlyer), or social sign-on mechanisms (Facebook, Google Auth).

Our mandate includes the protection of digital youth. Our Service does not knowingly extract personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. By enforcing a universal zero-data policy, we automatically ensure compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
